The term Iron Curtain was the symbolic ideologic and physical boundary dividing Europe into two separate areas from the end of World War II until the end of the Cold War. Roughly from 1945 to 1991. (click on link to wikipedia)

This term Iron Curtain could have originated earlier from other references prior to the first recorded mentioning of this term in Winston Churchill in 1946 though he did use the term in the telegram in May 12 1945 to US President Harry S. Truman.

The Bamboo Curtain was a euphemism for the east Asian version of the Iron Curtain. As a physical boundary, it was marked by the borders around the Communist states of East Asia.....

The Purple curtain eludes many people as a term of reference to a hidden power but the fact that God gave Bro Branham more than once, the prophetic utterances about it, means God wants us to know it exist and that it is more than just a superpower or an imaginery demarcation. I was stunned when I search through references in the net and almost found no immediate references to it unlike the other two curtains. In fact the only one or two that highlighted it also brought in and reminded us of the the terror this Purple Curtain will cause when it becomes the real superpower..........I rather spare you the fear ....

According to prophecy, this Purple Curtain is the most frightening of the other two. It reeks of death, pain, sufferings and tortures, of cruelty unimaginable, unless you are already familiar with those who suffered during the time of the inquisition,. It combines all of the demented colours of the three horse riders of the Apocalypse. In fact Paul wrote about its beginning and the people of God are aware of its influence. It's greed for world dominion, being drunken with the blood of the saint as recorded in the book of Revelation in Chapter 17 and 18, and is the purveyour of death and cruelty. Not only that but the two chapters of Revelation attributed it or HER to be responsible for all deaths on Earth and for that could only have her origin in Satan, the Tree of Death and the father of lies.

At the beginning stage of this website, my choice of the name were more like, prophectic-timelines, revelation, elect body, first born, or free born, but all these names were taken by various sites with links to Christianity, so I thought I test the name 3curtains to see whether it was also taken, but surprise of surprises, it was available at first try. So the name was immediately reserved together with threecurtains.com. The rest we leave it in God's hand to guide us to concentrate on explaining the ministry of Bro Branham and not get into debates or controversies of any kind except what God has already allowed to be recorded in the Bible. E-62 Now, did you notice? Did you know what the name Khrushchev means in Russia? Dirt or clay. He was a heading up of them kingdoms. You know what Eisenhower means, the head of this? Iron. Iron and clay and they couldn't mix together. He took his shoe and beat it on the... There's no mixing together. They can't mix. They won't cleave one to the other.
Do you see friends? The next thing left is the stone to be cut out, the coming of the Lord, to roll into this image and mash it into pieces, and all these kingdoms will be ground and blowed away like the chaff on a summer's thrashing floor. We're at the end time, brother, sister. Can't you see where we are?

Listen THUS SAITH THE LORD. Repent. I predict three curtains. In the Name of the Lord, there's one called the Iron Curtain, which will be Russia. Watch Red China. That'll be the Bamboo Curtain. They're horrible, but watch that Purple Curtain that's rising in the United States and over the world, the Roman Empire, the cruelest of all of them.

Remember in the Name of the Lord. Get away from it. Come away from anything that's attached to it. Flee to the Rock. The coming of the Lord is at hand. We need a conference. I need a conference to talk these things over with God. The church is at the end of her road. Let us pray.
